When the news of Jafar's death in battle reached the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "Prepare food for the family of Jafar, for something has come upon them that will preoccupy them," or, "something has befallen them that will keep them occupied."

لما جاء نعي جعفر حين قتل قال النبي ﷺ اصنعوا لآل جعفر طعاما فقد أتاهم أمر يشغلهم أو أتاهم ما يشغلهم
