Its isnad is sahih. Yazid bin Abdul-Aziz Raini Misri is trustworthy and is relied upon, as is Abu Marhum Abdul-Rahim bin Maymun Madani Misri, the ascetic.The hadith was narrated by Abu Dawud, 2/86, no. 1523, in the chapter on prayer, on seeking forgiveness, and by Tirmidhi, 5/171, no. 2903, who said, hasan gharib, and by Nasai, 3/68, no. 1336, in the chapter on inattentiveness (in prayer), on the command to recite the two protective surahs.
