Uqba bin Amir reported,

The sister of Uqba made a vow concerning a son of hers that she would perform Hajj walking on foot and without a head covering. When this reached the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said, "Let her perform Hajj riding and with her head covered, and let her fast."
