Uqba bin Amir reported,

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "There will come after me leaders over you. If they pray the prayer at its proper time and complete its bowing and prostration, it will count for you and for them. But if they do not pray it at its proper time and do not complete its bowing and prostration, it will count for you and against them."

عن عقبة بن عامر قال

سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول إنها ستكون عليكم أئمة من بعدي فإن صلوا الصلاة لوقتها فأتموا الركوع والسجود فهي لكم ولهم وإن لم يصلوا الصلاة لوقتها ولم يتموا ركوعها ولا سجودها فهي لكم وعليهم
