I passed by a mosque in Medina just as the call to prayer was being given. There was an elderly man there who reproached the muezzin, saying, "Don't you know that Ubayy informed me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to order this prayer to be delayed?"I asked, "Who is this elderly man?"They replied, "This is Abdullah bin Rafi bin Khadij."

مررت بمسجد بالمدينة فأقيمت الصلاة فإذا شيخ فلام المؤذن وقال أما علمت أن أبي أخبرني أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يأمر بتأخير هذه الصلاة قال قلت من هذا الشيخ قالوا هذا عبد الله بن رافع بن خديج
Its isnad is daif due to Abdul-Wahid bin Nafi. Ibn Hibban deemed him trustworthy, while many others deemed him weak, and the hadith was mentioned previously at 15748.
