Rafi bin Khadij reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Ibrahim 
declared Makkah sacred, and I declare sacred what lies between the two lava fields," meaning Madinah.

Its isnad is sahih, its narrators have already been mentioned. Ibn Hadi is Yazid bin Abdullah bin Usama, and he is one of the well-known trustworthy narrators, and the rest are likewise. The hadith has already occurred at 17204.
