The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever leaves behind wealth, it goes to his heirs, and whoever leaves behind a debt or dependents in need, that falls to me. I am the guardian of one who has no guardian. I settle his obligations and inherit his wealth. And the maternal uncle is the guardian of one who has no guardian. He settles his obligations and inherits his wealth."He said, "I redeem him from captivity."
حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي عن معاوية بن صالح قال سمعت راشد بن سعد يحدث عن المقدام بن معدي كرب قال قال رسول الله ﷺ فذكر مثله إلا أنه قال أفك عنوة
