The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever leaves behind wealth, it goes to his heirs. Whoever leaves behind a debt or dependents in need, that falls upon me. I am the guardian of the one who has no guardian. I ransom him and inherit his wealth. The maternal uncle is the guardian of the one who has no guardian. He ransoms him and inherits his wealth."
حدثنا حماد بن خالد قال حدثنا معاوية بن صالح عن راشد بن سعد
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال من ترك مالا فلورثته ومن ترك دينا أو ضيعة فإلي وأنا ولي من لا ولي له أفك عنوه وأرث ماله والخال ولي من لا ولي له يفك عنه ويرث ماله
