The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Measure your food, and it will be blessed for you."
حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي عن ابن المبارك عن ثور عن خالد بن معدان
قال رسول الله ﷺ كيلوا طعامكم يبارك لكم فيه
Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari related the hadith in 4/345, no. 2128, Fath, in the chapter on Sales, What Is Recommended Regarding Measuring, and Ibn Majah in 2/750, no. 2231, and from these two, Baghawi in Sharh al-Sunnah 11/335.
