Umm Habiba bint Irbad reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ took a tuft of camel hair from a portion of the spoils granted by Allah and said, "I have no more right to this than any one of you, except for the fifth, and even that is returned to you. So hand back the thread and the needle, and whatever is greater or smaller than these. Beware of misappropriating spoils, for it brings disgrace and shame upon the one who does so on the Day of Resurrection."Abu Abdul-Rahman said, Sufyan narrated this from Abu Sinan, from Wahb. Abdullah said, Abdul-Ala bin Hilal is the correct name.

حدثنا أبو عاصم حدثنا وهب أبو خالد قال حدثتني

أم حبيبة بنت العرباض عن أبيها

أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يأخذ الوبرة من قصة من فيء الله عز وجل فيقول ما لي من هذا إلا مثل ما لأحدكم إلا الخمس وهو مردود فيكم فأدوا الخيط والمخيط فما فوقهما وإياكم والغلول فإنه عار وشنار على صاحبه يوم القيامة قال أبو عبد الرحمن وروى سفيان عن أبي سنان عن وهب هذا قال عبد الله عبد الأعلى بن هلال هو الصواب
