The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to teach us words to pray with during our prayer, or he said at the end of our prayer, "Allah, I ask You for steadfastness in my affairs and for the resolve to follow right guidance. I ask You to make me grateful for Your favor and to make my worship of You excellent. I ask You for a sound heart and a truthful tongue. I seek Your forgiveness for what You know, I ask You for the best of what You know, and I take refuge in You from the evil of what You know."
قال وكان رسول الله ﷺ يعلمنا كلمات ندعو بهن في صلاتنا أو قال في دبر صلاتنا اللهم إني أسألك الثبات في الأمر وأسألك عزيمة الرشد وأسألك شكر نعمتك وحسن عبادتك وأسألك قلبا سليما ولسانا صادقا وأستغفرك لما تعلم وأسألك من خير ما تعلم وأعوذ بك من شر ما تعلم
