The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded me to take Ayesha behind me on my mount to Tanim so that she could perform Umrah.
حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن عمرو يعني ابن دينار أخبره عمرو بن أوس الثقفي أخبرني
أمرني رسول الله ﷺ أن أردف عائشة إلى التنعيم فأعمرها
Its isnad is sahih. Amr bin Aws bin Abu Aws Thaqafi is a trustworthy successor. The hadith was narrated by Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, and Ibn Majah, as noted in Dhakhair al-Mawarith 5034. Tanim is a place near Makkah, outside the sacred boundary, located between Makkah and Sarif, and it is still known to this day.
