Zayd bin Khalid reported,
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever equips a warrior in the path of Allah 
has himself fought, and whoever takes care of his family in his absence has himself fought."

Its isnad is sahih, its narrators are well-known and trustworthy. Amr bin Harith is Ibn Yaqub Ansari, the Egyptian jurist, who is trustworthy. Busr bin Saeed of Madinah is well-known and trustworthy, one of the most virtuous. The hadith was mentioned previously at 16970.
