Saaib bin Khallad reported,

Jibreel عليه السلام came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Be one who proclaims loudly and one who sheds abundantly." Proclaiming loudly refers to the talbiyah, and shedding abundantly refers to the slaughtering of the sacrificial camels.

Ahmad Shakir

Its isnad is hasan, on account of Ibn Ishaq and Muttalib bin Hantab. As for Abdullah bin Abu Labid, he is a well-known trustworthy narrator with entries in the Sahihayn.The hadith has already appeared at 16509 with the same meaning. See Sunan Tirmidhi 3/180, no. 827, in the chapter on Hajj, talbiyah and sacrifice, and Ibn Majah 2/975, no. 2924, in the chapter on the rites, raising the voice with talbiyah, and Darimi 2/49, no. 1797.
