Jibreel came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Be one who proclaims loudly and one who sheds abundantly." Proclaiming loudly refers to the talbiyah, and shedding abundantly refers to the slaughtering of the sacrificial camels.
قال حدثنا عفان قال حدثنا حماد بن سلمة قال أخبرنا محمد بن إسحاق عن عبد الله بن أبي لبيد عن المطلب بن عبد الله بن حنطب
أن جبريل عليه السلام أتى النبي ﷺ قال كن عجاجا ثجاجا والعج التلبية والثج نحر البدن

Its isnad is hasan, on account of Ibn Ishaq and Muttalib bin Hantab. As for Abdullah bin Abu Labid, he is a well-known trustworthy narrator with entries in the Sahihayn.The hadith has already appeared at 16509 with the same meaning.
