The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out to the prayer ground to seek rain, wearing a black cloak. He took hold of its lower edge intending to flip it so the bottom would become the top, but it proved too heavy for him, so he turned it around upon his shoulders instead.
قال حدثنا علي بن بحر قال حدثنا الدراوردي عن عمارة بن غزية عن عباد بن تميم
أن رسول الله ﷺ خرج إلى المصلى يستسقي وعليه خميصة سوداء فأخذ بأسفلها ليجعلها أعلاها فثقلت عليه فقلبها على عاتقه
