He complained to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a man who senses something during prayer and imagines that he has broken his ablution. The Prophet replied, "He should not break off his prayer until he detects an odor or hears a sound."
قال حدثنا سفيان عن الزهري
أنه شكا إلى رسول الله ﷺ الرجل يجد الشيء في الصلاة يخيل إليه أنه قد كان منه فقال لا ينفتل حتى يجد ريحا أو يسمع صوتا
