I saw the Prophet ﷺ. Abdul-Razzaq said in his narration, in the mosque, placing one of his legs over the other.
حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي قال حدثنا مالك عن الزهري وعبد الرزاق قال أخبرنا معمر عن الزهري
رأيت النبي ﷺ قال عبد الرزاق في حديثه في المسجد واضعا إحدى رجليه على الأخرى
Its isnad is sahih. Abbad bin Tamim bin Khuzayma Ansari Mazini Madani is one of the well-known trustworthy Followers, and his hadith appears in the collections of all the major scholars. It is said that he had seen the Prophet as a child. The hadith was narrated by Bukhari, 1/563, no. 475, in Fath, in the Book of Prayer, chapter on lying on one's back in the masjid, and by Muslim, 3/1662, no. 2100, in the Book of Clothing, chapter on the permissibility of lying on one's back in the masjid, and by Abu Dawud, 4/267, no. 4869, in the Book of Manners, chapter on a man placing one of his legs over the other, and by Tirmidhi, 5/95, no. 2765, who said, hasan sahih, and by Nasai, 2/50, no. 721, and by Darimi, 2/367, no. 2656.
