Abdullah bin Arqam reported,

He left Mecca and used to lead them in prayer, give the call to prayer, and pronounce the iqamah. One day he pronounced the iqamah for the prayer, then said, "Let one of you lead the prayer, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'When one of you needs to relieve himself and the iqamah has been called, let him go and relieve himself first.'"

قال حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن هشام قال حدثني أبي

عن عبد الله بن أرقم

أنه خرج من مكة وكان يؤمهم ويؤذن ويقيم فأقام يوما الصلاة فقال ليصل بكم رجل منكم فإني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول إذا أراد أحدكم أن يذهب إلى الخلاء وأقيمت الصلاة فليذهب إلى الخلاء
