The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The dream of a Muslim is one of forty parts of prophethood. It rests upon a bird's wing as long as it is not spoken of, but once it is told, it comes to pass."Rubai said, "I think he said, 'Let him not relate it except to a beloved friend or to one of understanding.'"
قال حدثنا بهز قال حدثنا شعبة قال أخبرني يعلى بن عطاء قال سمعت وكيع بن حدس يحدث
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إن رؤيا المسلم جزء من أربعين جزءا من النبوة وهي على رجل طائر ما لم يحدث بها فإذا حدث بها وقعت قال أظنه قال لا يحدث بها إلا حبيبا أو لبيبا
