She had given her pledge of allegiance to the Prophet ﷺ. She said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah, while he was throwing pebbles at the Jamrah from the bottom of the valley, saying, 'People, do not kill one another. When you come to the Jamrah, throw at it with pebbles the size of those used in the flicking game.'"
قال حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر عن يزيد بن أبي زياد
وكانت بايعت النبي ﷺ فقالت سمعت رسول الله يقول وهو يرمي الجمرة من بطن الوادي وهو يقول يا أيها الناس لا يقتل بعضكم بعضا وإذا رأيتم الجمرة فارموها بمثل حصى الخذف
