The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Among the greatest of major sins are associating partners with Allah, disobedience to parents, and the false oath. No one swears a binding oath by Allah and inserts into it even the equivalent of a mosquito's wing of falsehood without Allah placing a black spot in his heart that remains until the Day of Resurrection."
قال حدثنا يونس بن محمد قال حدثنا ليث عن هشام بن سعد عن محمد بن زيد بن المهاجر بن قنفذ التيمي عن أبي أمامة الأنصاري
قال رسول الله ﷺ إن من أكبر الكبائر الشرك بالله وعقوق الوالدين واليمين الغموس وما حلف حالف بالله يمينا صبرا فأدخل فيها مثل جناح بعوضة إلا جعله الله نكتة في قلبه إلى يوم القيامة
Its isnad is sahih, its narrators are trustworthy, and Hisham bin Saad Madani is trusted. They have all been mentioned previously. Tirmidhi narrated the hadith in 5/236, no. 3020, in the tafsir of Surah Nisa, and said, hasan gharib. See also Hilyah 7/327, and something similar is found in Sahihayn, as has already been mentioned.
