Hamza bin Amr reported,

He reported that he saw a man riding a camel, going around the camping places of the people at Mina, while the Prophet of Allah ﷺ was present. The man was calling out, "Do not fast on these days, for they are days of eating and drinking."Qatada said, "We were told that the man making the announcement was Bilal."

أنه رأى رجلا على جمل يتبع رحال الناس بمنى ونبي الله ﷺ شاهد والرجل يقول لا تصوموا هذه الأيام فإنها أيام أكل وشرب قال قتادة فذكر لنا أن ذلك المنادي كان بلالا
