The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The Hour will not come until a people emerge who eat with their tongues just as cattle eat with their tongues."

Its chain is daif because it is disconnected. Zayd bin Aslam Adawi is trustworthy, a man of jurisprudence and knowledge, and he was learned in the tafsir of the Quran, but he did not hear from Saad, as Abu Zura and others have stated. Zayd died in the year 136.The hadith is found in Majma al-Zawaid 8:116, where it is stated, "Its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except that Zayd bin Aslam did not hear from Saad."
