He slaughtered his sacrifice before the Prophet ﷺ had slaughtered, so the Prophet ﷺ ordered him to repeat it.He said, "I have nothing but a young goat."The Prophet ﷺ told him to slaughter it.
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن يحيى بن سعيد عن بشير بن يسار
أنه ذبح قبل أن يذبح النبي ﷺ فأمره أن يعيد قال إني لا أجد إلا جذعة فأمره أن يذبح
Its isnad is sahih. The first Yahya bin Saeed is al-Qattan, and the second is al-Ansari. Bashir bin Yasar is the trustworthy jurist mentioned shortly before. The hadith has already appeared at 15702.
