Rafi bin Khadij reported,

He related to them that they had set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey. He said, "When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stopped for the midday meal, he said, 'Let each man tether his camel by its halter and then release it to browse among the trees.'"He continued, "Then we sat down with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while our saddles were still on our camels. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ raised his head and saw that we had cloaks with threads of red wool in them.The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Do I not see this redness has overtaken you?'We sprang up quickly at the words of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, so much so that some of our camels bolted, and we took hold of the cloaks and pulled the red threads out of them."

حدثهم أنهم خرجوا مع رسول الله ﷺ في سفر قال فلما نزل رسول الله ﷺ للغداء قال علق كل رجل بخطام ناقته ثم أرسلها تهز في الشجر قال ثم جلسنا مع رسول الله ﷺ قال ورحالنا على أباعرنا قال فرفع رسول الله ﷺ رأسه فرأى أكسية لنا فيها خيوط من عهن أحمر قال فقال رسول الله ﷺ ألا أرى هذه الحمرة قد علتكم قال فقمنا سراعا لقول رسول الله ﷺ حتى نفر بعض إبلنا فأخذنا الأكسية فنزعناها منها
