The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever begins his morning with seven Ajwa dates will not be harmed that day by poison or by sorcery."
حدثنا مكي حدثنا هاشم عن عامر بن سعد بن أبي وقاص عن سعد فذكر الحديث مثله حدثناه أبو بدر عن هاشم عن عامر بن سعد بن أبي وقاص
Its chain of transmission is sahih, indeed there are two chains, Ahmad narrated it from Makki and from Abu Badr, both of them from Hashim bin Hashim bin Hashim bin Utba. This shows that Hashim narrated this hadith from Ayesha bint Saad, as in the previous hadith, and from her brother Amir bin Saad, as in these two chains.Makki is Ibn Ibrahim Makhzumi, the trustworthy hafiz, and he is the earliest teacher of Bukhari, from whom he narrates his three-link chains. He was born in the year 126 and died in the year 215.Abu Badr is Sakuni, Shuja bin Walid.
