I performed Hajj with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the Farewell Pilgrimage when I was seven years old.
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد حدثنا حاتم بن إسماعيل عن محمد يعني ابن يوسف
حج بي مع رسول الله ﷺ في حجة الوداع وأنا ابن سبع سنين
Its isnad is sahih. Qutayba bin Saeed Thaqafi and Muhammad bin Yusuf bin Abdullah Kindi are both reliable, firmly established, and knowledgeable, while Hatim bin Ismail is a knowledgeable narrator whose book is sound and who is trusted, though he has a few lapses.Bukhari related the hadith 3/24 in the chapter on the recompense for hunting, on the Hajj of children, and Tirmidhi related it 3/256, number 925, in the chapter on Hajj, in a similar wording, saying, hasan sahih.
