We made camp at the fortress of Sinan in the land of the Romans with Abdullah bin Abdul-Malik. The people crowded the camping spaces and blocked the road.Muaz said, "People, we went on such-and-such expedition with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and the people crowded the road. So the Prophet ﷺ sent out a herald who announced, 'Whoever crowds a camping space or blocks a road has no jihad to his credit.'"

نزلنا على حصن سنان بأرض الروم مع عبد الله بن عبد الملك فضيق الناس المنازل وقطعوا الطريق فقال معاذ أيها الناس إنا غزونا مع رسول الله ﷺ غزوة كذا وكذا فضيق الناس الطريق فبعث النبي ﷺ مناديا فنادى من ضيق منزلا أو قطع طريقا فلا جهاد له
