The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite when departing, "Praise be to Allah, who has not taken a son and has no partner in dominion" [Isra 17:111], to the end of the surah.
حدثنا حسن حدثنا ابن لهيعة حدثنا زبان
عن رسول الله ﷺ أنه كان يقول إذا نفر {الحمد لله الذي لم يتخذ ولدا ولم يكن له شريك في الملك} إلى آخر السورة
