Muaz bin Anas reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever erects a building without injustice or transgression, or plants a tree without injustice or transgression, will have a continuous reward for as long as any of Allah's creation benefits from it."

عن سهل بن معاذ عن أبيه

عن رسول الله ﷺ أنه قال من بنى بنيانا من غير ظلم ولا اعتداء أو غرس غرسا في غير ظلم ولا اعتداء كان له أجر جار ما انتفع به من خلق الله تبارك وتعالى
