He saw the Prophet of Allah ﷺ raise his hands in his prayer when he lifted his head from bowing, when he prostrated, and when he raised his head from prostration, until they were level with the tops of his ears.
حدثنا محمد بن أبي عدي عن سعيد عن قتادة عن نصر بن عاصم
أنه رأى نبي الله ﷺ يرفع يديه في صلاته إذا رفع رأسه من ركوعه وإذا سجد وإذا رفع رأسه من سجوده حتى يحاذي بها فروع أذنيه
Its isnad is sahih. Nasr bin Asim Laythi is trustworthy, and though he was accused of holding Kharijite views, it has been established that he recanted from it, and he was from Basra. The hadith was narrated by Muslim, 1/293, no. 391, in the Book of Prayer, on the recommendation of raising the hands level with the shoulders, by Abu Dawud, 1/199, no. 745, in the Book of Prayer, on opening the prayer, and by Nasai, 2/123, no. 881, all of them without mentioning the sujud.
