حدثنا حسن بن موسى حدثنا ابن لهيعة قال حدثنيه ابن هبيرة قال سمعت شيخا من حمير يحدث أبا تميم الجيشاني أنه سمع

Indeed, every intoxicant is wine, so beware of ghubayra." This sheikh said, then I heard Abdullah bin Amr after that say the same thing, and the two of them did not differ except regarding a house or a sleeping place.Daif (15421 m). Its chain is daif, like the one before it, and the hadith was narrated by Abu Yaala 3/26, number 1436, also from a sheikh, and for this reason Haythami weakened it 5/70, as did Munziri in Targhib 3/260, and Ibn Jawzi went further and placed it among the fabrications 1/86. An unknown narrator's hadith is not necessarily fabricated, especially when the one narrating from him is trustworthy and virtuous.
