Abu Khuzama reported,

I said, "Messenger of Allah," and Sufyan once said, "I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, 'Tell me about the medicines we use for treatment, the incantations we seek healing through, and the protective measures we take, do they turn back anything from the decree of Allah ?'"He replied, "They themselves are part of the decree of Allah ."

عن ابن أبي خزامة عن أبيه قال

قلت يا رسول الله وقال سفيان مرة سألت رسول الله ﷺ أرأيت دواء نتداوى به ورقى نسترقي بها وتقى نتقيها أترد من قدر الله تبارك وتعالى شيئا قال إنها من قدر الله تبارك وتعالى
