I sat with Shayba bin Uthman, and he said, "Umar bin Khattab once sat in this very spot of yours and said, 'I have resolved to leave nothing of yellow or white in the Kaabah without distributing it among the people.'"I said to him, "That is not for you to do. Your two predecessors have set the example before you, and they did not do it."He replied, "They are the two men whose example is to be followed."
