I asked Jabir about reciting incantations for healing, and he said, "My maternal uncle, one of the Ansar, told me that he said, 'Messenger of Allah, may I recite an incantation for someone stung by a scorpion?'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, 'Whoever among you is able to benefit his brother in any way, let him do so.'"
