The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Some people from among the people of monotheism will be punished in the Fire until they become charred coal within it. Then mercy will reach them, and they will be brought out and cast at the gate of Paradise. The people of Paradise will sprinkle water on them, and they will sprout as debris sprouts in the path of a flood. Then they will enter Paradise."
حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن أبي سفيان
قال رسول الله ﷺ يعذب ناس من أهل التوحيد في النار حتى يكونوا حمما فيها ثم تدركهم الرحمة فيخرجون فيلقون على باب الجنة فيرش عليهم أهل الجنة الماء فينبتون كما ينبت الغثاء في حمالة السيل ثم يدخلون الجنة
