The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no amputation upon the one who seizes plunder openly, and whoever seizes plunder openly is not one of us." He also said, "There is no amputation upon the betrayer of trust."
حدثنا محمد بن بكر أخبرنا ابن جريج قال قال أبو الزبير قال
رسول الله ﷺ ليس على المنتهب قطع ومن انتهب نهبة مشهورة فليس منا وقال ليس على الخائن قطع
