The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever wishes to fast should eat something for suhoor."
حدثنا أبو أحمد الزبيري حدثنا شريك عن عبد الله بن محمد بن عقيل
عن النبي ﷺ قال من أراد أن يصوم فليتسحر بشيء
Its isnad is hasan, because of Sharik and Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Aqeel, and the hadith has already appeared at 13978.
