He asked Jabir, "Did you hear the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say that when a man enters his house he should give the greeting of peace, and that a believer eats with one stomach?"Jabir replied, "Yes."He continued, "I also asked Jabir, 'Did you hear the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say that when a man enters his house and mentions the name of Allah upon entering and upon eating, Satan says, "There is no lodging for you here and no supper." But if he enters without mentioning the name of Allah at his entry, Satan says, "You have found lodging." And if he does not mention the name of Allah at his meal, Satan says, "You have found both lodging and supper."'"Jabir replied, "Yes."

أنه سأل جابرا أسمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول إذا دخل الرجل بيته يسلم والمؤمن يأكل في معى واحد قال نعم قال وسألت جابرا أسمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول إذا دخل الرجل بيته فذكر اسم الله حين يدخل وحين يطعم قال الشيطان لا مبيت لكم ولا عشاء هاهنا وإن دخل فلم يذكر اسم الله عند دخوله قال أدركتم المبيت وإن لم يذكر اسم الله عند مطعمه قال أدركتم المبيت والعشاء قال نعم
