The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling the produce of bare land for two or three years in advance.
حدثنا حسن وموسى بن داود قالا حدثنا زهير عن أبي الزبير
نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن بيع الأرض البيضاء سنتين أو ثلاثا
Its chain of transmission is sahih. It is found in Darimi, 2/350, and the prohibition of muawamah has already been mentioned.
