Its isnad is sahih. It has already appeared with the wording, "Whoever has land." The hadith was narrated by Bukhari 5/23, no. 2344 (Fath), and Muslim 3/1176, no. 1536 (the duplicate 87). It is found in all the leading imams' collections, and it has already appeared under no. 14176.
