The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Wear sandals often, for as long as one of you is wearing sandals he is, in effect, riding."Abdullah reported that his father said, and in another place, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, during a military expedition he took part in, 'Wear plenty of sandals, for a man is as though riding for as long as he is wearing sandals.'"
وفي موضع آخر سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول في غزوة غزاها استكثروا من النعال فإن الرجل لا يزال راكبا ما انتعل
