Jabir bin Abdullah reported,

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "If I live, Allah willing, I shall forbid that anyone be named Barakah, Yasar, or Nafi."Jabir said, "I do not know whether he mentioned Rafi or not. For one would ask, 'Is Barakah here?' and the answer would come, 'No.' Or one would ask, 'Is Yasar here?' and the answer would come, 'No.'"He said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed away without forbidding that. Then Umar intended to forbid it, but he left the matter alone.

عن جابر قال

سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول إن عشت إن شاء الله زجرت أن يسمى بركة ويسار ونافع قال جابر لا أدري ذكر رافعا أم لا إنه يقال له هاهنا بركة فيقال لا ويقال هاهنا يسار فيقال لا قال فقبض رسول الله ﷺ ولم يزجر عن ذلك فأراد عمر رضي الله عنه أن يزجر عنه ثم تركه
