He was narrating about the pilgrimage of the Prophet ﷺ. He said, "Then he descended from al-Safa until his feet reached the bottom of the valley. He ran until we ascended the other side, then he walked."
حدثنا روح أخبرنا ابن جريج حدثني جعفر بن محمد أنه سمع أباه يحدث أنه سمع
يحدث عن حجة النبي ﷺ قال ثم نزل عن الصفا حتى انصبت قدماه في بطن الوادي سعى حتى إذا صعدنا الشق الآخر مشى
