The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever among you fears that he will not be able to rise at the end of the night should perform the witr prayer at the beginning of the night. As for recitation at the end of the night, it is witnessed, and that is better."
حدثنا أبو معاوية ومحمد بن عبيد قالا حدثنا الأعمش عن أبي سفيان
قال رسول الله ﷺ من خشي منكم أن لا يقوم من آخر الليل فليوتر من أول الليل فإن قراءة آخر الليل محضورة وذلك أفضل
