The Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressed us. He praised Allah and glorified Him as He deserves, then said, "To proceed. The truest of speech is the Book of Allah, the best guidance is the guidance of Muhammad, the worst of affairs are newly invented matters, and every innovation is misguidance."Then he would raise his voice, his cheeks would turn red, and his anger would intensify whenever he mentioned the Hour, as though he were warning of an approaching army.He would say, "The Hour is upon you. I and the Hour were sent like this," and he gestured with his two fingers, the index and the middle. "The Hour will come upon you in the morning and in the evening. Whoever leaves behind wealth, it belongs to his family, and whoever leaves behind debt or dependents, then it falls to me and is my responsibility."By "dependents," he meant his needy children.
