The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The umra grant is binding for its recipients, and the ruqba grant is binding for its recipients."
حدثنا هشيم أخبرنا داود عن أبي الزبير
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال العمرى جائزة لأهلها والرقبى جائزة لأهلها
Its isnad is sahih. Dawud is Ibn Abu Hind, the trustworthy and precise memorizer, and the hadith has already appeared at 14108.
