Anas bin Malik reported,

When the verse was revealed, "You will never attain righteousness until you spend from what you love" [Aal Imran 3:92], Abu Talha said, "Messenger of Allah, I see that our Lord is asking us from our wealth. I take you as my witness that I have given my land at Bayrahaa for the sake of Allah ."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Place it among your relatives."So he divided it between Hassan bin Thabit and Ubayy bin Kaab.Affan said that Yazid reported from Humayd, from Anas, the name as Burayhaa. Affan added, "I asked more than one of the people of Madinah about it, and they claimed it is Bayrahaa, and that Bayraha is incorrect."

عن أنس بن مالك قال

لما نزلت {لن تنالوا البر حتى تنفقوا مما تحبون} قال أبو طلحة يا رسول الله أرى ربنا يسألنا من أموالنا وإني أشهدك أني قد جعلت أرضي بيرحاء لله عز وجل قال فقال رسول الله ﷺ اجعلها في قرابتك فقسمها بين حسان بن ثابت وأبي بن كعب قال عفان وقال يزيد عن حميد عن أنس بريحا و قال عفان سألت عنها غير واحد من أهل المدينة فزعموا أنها بيرحاء وأن بيرحا ليس بشيء
