The Prophet ﷺ said, "Be balanced in your prostration, and let none of you spread out his forearms on the ground like a dog. Complete the bowing and the prostration, for by Allah, I see you from behind me, or from behind my back, when you bow and when you prostrate."
حدثنا عبيد الله بن سعيد قال حدثني عمي يعقوب عن شريك عن شعبة عن قتادة
عن النبي ﷺ قال اعتدلوا في سجودكم ولا يفترش أحدكم ذراعيه افتراش الكلب أتموا الركوع والسجود فوالله إني لأراكم من بعدي أو من بعد ظهري إذا ركعتم وإذا سجدتم
