Abu Talha had orphans under his guardianship, and he had bought wine for them. When wine was prohibited, he came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and asked, "Shall I make it into vinegar?"He replied, "No."So he poured it out.
حدثنا أسود بن عامر قال حدثنا إسرائيل عن ليث عن يحيى بن عباد
كان في حجر أبي طلحة يتامى فابتاع لهم خمرا فلما حرمت الخمر أتى رسول الله ﷺ فقال أجعله خلا قال لا قال فأهراقه
Its isnad is sahih, and it has already appeared at 13208, where it is more complete.
